Dr. Panico is Medical Director of the Athens Regional Mind Body Institute, an assistant clinical professor of psychiatry and behavioral medicine at the Medical College of Georgia, and a Yoga teacher since 1968. You will learn the western scientific view of emotions; the Yogic concepts of emotion; and how emotions can be regulated through the practice of Yoga.

Dr. Pratap is Director of the Yoga Program at the Jefferson-Myrna Brind Center of Integrative Medicine, President of the Yoga Research Society and Founder/Director of the SKY Foundation. He is the author of Beginning Yoga, Yoga Vision, Secrets of Hatha Vidya, and Stories Retold. You will explore Classical Yoga postures, breathing techniques, relaxation, and meditation practices.

Dr. Baime is Director of the Penn Program for Stress Management at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and the Director of Mind-Body Programs for the Abramson Cancer Center at the University of Pennsylvania Health System. You will practice mindfulness meditation techniques and learn how they can be used to treat disease, manage stress, and enhance cognitive performance.
